Since I discovered these shorts with a convenient cell phone pocket, that’s all I wear now. They’re comfortable and stand up to any work project I work on. I even wear them as dress shorts with a collared shirt when going out for a casual dinner. I have to be honest, my wife holds back a few pairs for those nicer nights out and even irons them for out-of-town trips like cruises, sporting events, and concerts. I never wear cargo shorts anymore. These are my favorites.

I recently purchased a pair of your canvas work shorts. I was absolutely delighted with the pockets, the fit and quality you can imagine the disappointment I felt when I almost had to pull the pants down to take a P who thought it was a good idea to put a 3 inch zipper in the pants are ?

Please, bring this back in an 8 inch inseam. Great work shorts but, need in an 8 inch. The only pair of 8 inch work shorts that now Carrhart offers has a draw string which is not needful and cumbersome when working. Need shorter length please in just a regular, rugged flex style with cell phone pocket

Typical Carhartt quality and fit. These shorts are comfortable, stylish and they flex. They fit well, they are of quality material and workmanship and complement my regimen of wearing work shorts and cargo shorts, by Carhartt. They are great for casual wear. Match them up with Carhartt tee shirts, collared three button shirts, collarless three button style shirts and button-up sport shirts.

Every time I find a pant or short from Carhartt that I like, they find a way to screw it up. The 9″ inseam on the older version of these shorts (back when they were called Rigby short) were PERFECT. Now they just look ridiculously long, and I’m 6’1″…they’re supposed to be SHORTS! If I wanted something that covered my knees I would wear pants. I just can’t figure out why they do this with their staple products.

Con: I wish Carhartt made these with 33″ waist. 32s are too tight; 34s are a bit loose and want to ride down on the hips.
