Over experience was good. Scan barcode on the email and it opens. The only thing I wanted was a paper receipt. I was told it would be emailed to be, but it hasn’t yet. I don’t like electronic receipts at all. Not crazy at all about this stupid receipt thing!

The sander did not catch any of the dust had my room dusty very foggy couldn’t even see with glasses on, so I wouldn’t buy this if it’s not gonna be able to pick up any of the dust from sandIng… But it does send it does send I’ll give it that, but if you want a cloud of smoke by the product, if you do not want to cloud to smoke, don’t buy the product that’s simple.

This is a nicely designed tool. It has a good feel and works well. I bought it for light maintenance around a well-established small home. I would recommend a heavier duty drill for more demanding service.

My local (Martingsburg, WV) has this on sale for $99 but they do not have any in-store and have not had any in almost a year. When I tried to order it on-line they are asking $79 for delivery. They will not parcel deliver to my local store. Called headquarters and they were not helpful at all. Please do not advertise a bundle price when there is no inventory at the store or Lowe will not honor the price listed.

My Black and Decker 12v drill gave out or should say battery after having it for 12yrs or so. The battery would not charge. So off I go to find a new one. I wanted a more powerful one, so shopped around and decided to purchase the Craftsman 20v. It was in my price range, good reviews, came with battery and charger. All boxes were checked off. I have used the drill several times. I’ve had to get use to this one having more power but I love it. I know that what we’ve I am doing this drill will get the job done. Mainly used for jobs around the house but nice to know I have a reliable drill that will get it done!

This drill does not work properly. The manual provided with the drill states to lock in a bit you will twist the chuck until you hear a click and then you will continue twisting until you hear seven more clicks, which is when the bit is locked. This is what I expected to happen, as my Dewalt does this exact thing. However, the Craftsman chuck has no clicks when locking in a bit so you don’t know with certainty when it is locked. I typically twist as much as I can, but I’ve actually had bits fly out while drilling because they weren’t properly locked. Without having bits properly locked, it can be unsafe to use. Perhaps the brushless would have better quality, but it is disappointing the chuck doesn’t function properly based on the provided manual. I bought craftsman at the recommendation of family based on a long history, but this isn’t what I expected.

I received the cordless drill (CMCD700) as a gift and an intro the cordless tool ecosystem, and have used it semi-regularly during a house remodel. The drill no longer spins properly and makes a racket. I called my local and was clear that I did not have a receipt. After speaking with a manager, I was asked to bring it in for store credit since I did not have a receipt. Once there we went through the process of replacing the unit until the system locked them out. No replacement, no credit. Said manager blamed it on the computer. I have received store credit before, so am at a loss why this should have been different. I am glad I did not spend real money on this and then lose the receipt — it simply cost me my time. Since I must deal with the manufacturer of Craftsman power tools for warranty coverage I will be investing my cash in a more reliable ecosystem for the replacement of this and future cordless tools. , you botched an opportunity.

Powerful Drill and preformed well compared to my old drill that was Kobalt drill. Charge was fast and held for an extend amount of time. Very sturdy and well made. Light on the drill was a nice touch to light up work space in darker areas. Definitely exceeded my expectations.

Very strong. Gets the job done. If you’re a woman like me, you better know where to hold the drill head when you’re changing bits or it will rip your palm
